Saverglass has invested in a new generation of industrial equipment which integrates each step in the development of a product from its outline design through to delivery. Each production line can be set up independently to produce items within the following weight and size ranges:
From 15 gr. for bottles of 50 ml of capacity (miniature-sample),
Up to 5.5 kg for large sizes of 6 litres (Champagne Methuselah).
Personalisation:
In addition to the "standard" version for some itema, SAVERGLASS offers the possibility to extend the ranges of capacities, glass colour, type of closure or personalisation through embossing in the glass.
Every range extension or personalisation option requiring the development or the adaptation of tooling is feasible.
Decoration / Coating / Acid-etching:
The list of services offered is almost without limits: screen-printing (enamel, inks, or precious metals), tampographic printing, transfers, acid-etching, badge application, Savercoat patented coating system.
