THERMAL PALLET COVER
Thermal pallet covers are made from reflective alu-coated film covered textile polyurethane and polypropylene and are used extensively in road, sea and air freight logistics. They are proven to maintain the quality of temperature sensitive and perishable goods, whether chilled or frozen, during transportation over short and long haul journeys.
THERMAL TRUCK PARTITION
Thermally insulated truck partitions enable a truck to carry mixed loads of goods: one truck can carry frozen and chilled products and general dry goods in the same load. With this thermal solution you can partition as much of the refrigerated area as is required. You do not need to refrigerate the whole area and consequently fuel is saved. It is light and can easily be handled by one person.
THERMAL ORCHARD COVER &
THERMAL BLANKET OR WINTER MAT
The Thermal Orchard Coverprotects fruit and vegetables from sun damage between the orchard or growing lands and the pack house, or on the back of open delivery trucks between the pack house and the market, distribution centre or supermarket. It is made from durable, strong, reflective mirror foil on the one side, polyethylene on the other side and a layer of polyester wadding in the middle. Eyelets allow attachment to the truck or trailer sides. This cover stops damage to the top layer of fruit or vegetables from sun or hail. It can be made to customer’s specification.
The Thermal Blanket or Winter Mat is the answer to general temperature protection for any temperature sensitive goods in refrigerated transport whether fruit, veg, meat, fish, dairy, wine, or pharmaceuticals. By covering the load with this thermal blanket, products can be protected from extreme temperatures during long or short haul transportation. It’s another solution for allowing mixed loads on one truck.
PAKSENSE ULTRA CONTACT LABELS
Temperature Monitoring Sensory Solutions for Transportation of Perishables
Paksense Ultra Contact Labels are small, flat labels that can digitally record the time and temperature of a product’s environment during transportation. If you are moving perishable items such as wine or fruit, meat, poultry or seafood, the labels can be pre-programmed to provide exact information once these temperature sensitive products reach their destination.
COMBI BOX/CRATE LINER
The 3 Layer Insulated Thermal Combi Box and Crate Liner is made from durable layers of woven polypropylene with an insulation layer of 300 g/m² polyester fibre. It can be manufactured with or without pockets for ‘cooling agents’. The liner will optimise the ‘cold chain’ for the transportation of all perishables, including foodstuffs and medicines, vaccines, etc. It fits snugly into any plastic crate or container and can be made to measure to your exact specifications. The outer materials and insulation material are patented and are manufactured to the highest hygiene standards there are - they are also HACCP compliant (food safe).
When transporting any perishable shipments that require to be kept at a controlled temperature the 3 Layer Insulated Thermal Combi Box or Crate Liner is the most effective solution and it’s a ‘green’ alternative.
